The service was great, and the ice cream is fantastic! They serve a good variety of soft and hard ice cream. And you can order it in a cup or on a cone. My friend ordered a medium soft ice cream on a cone, and it was Huge! Well done Houseman! We'll be back on our next bicycle ride!

Well being a first time customer I would definitely recommend Housemans Icecream to everyone. Granted everyones experience is different but our Service was fantastic! the Girls working were quick and friendly. My boyfriend and I ordered two sundaes an found out they were only excepting cash and we only had our debt card... the gal taking our order still gave us our sundaes and let me leave my number and trusted us to be back to pay. Shocked and delighted at the same time since that's usually unheard of.... so we sat an enjoyed our sundaes as planned an afterwords ran right home which was literally 5 to 7 blocks away to grabbed our cash.

Ice cream was great but a small inconvenience with seeing the small sign “Cash Only” After we already ordered. We were told we had 24 hrs to pay. Luckily I had some cash since we are from out of town 3 hrs.

Wonderful service. And they have dairy free vegan ice cream! Chocolate and birthday cake are the flavors available for the vegan ice cream. I tried the birthday cake and it was delicious! There are lots of places to sit too which is nice.

Hard ice cream, about 20 flavors, waffle cones available. About $4 for a double scoop waffle cone, which is not humongous, but plenty for most adults. Soft ice cream can be plain, sundaes, malts, shakes. Prompt service.

Great place for ice cream. They have a lot of options from ice cream in cones to milkshakes and sodas. There can be a long line at times, but the staff is very friendly and they move you along quickly.

Would give 5 stars but they don't accept anything but cash for payment so we don't go here much since I never have cash on me. I bring the kids 1-2x per week to get ice cream and would go here everytime if they accepted debit cards.

Houseman’s ice cream is a delicious experience waiting to happen.They have everything from hard ice cream to Malts and shakes and multiple unique sundaes.I recommend anything in a waffle cone. They are quick, which doesn’t mean you will get served quick because they are very popular.Go, enjoy something sweet, sit back and watch the local traffic. Enjoy the small town feel of Byron center.

Housemans fun hang out delicious ice cream.

They only take cash or check, ice cream is OK. The sizes are huge, I got a small flurry it filled the cup itcame in and stood 4" above the cup rim. Normally this would have been awsome but it was 90 degrees outside and I couldn't eat it fast enough. It ended up melting and made a HUGE mess, not sure why it couldn't come in a larger cup. After a few ice cream headaches I threw it away before my shirt looked like an art project.
